In particular, we regret to inform you that there is a shortage of green hats due to our inability to receive shipments from our manufacturers. We understand how disappointing this news may be if you were looking forward to your order.
While we are unable to provide refunds at this time since your orders have already been processed, we would like to offer you the option of exchanging the green hat for another color of your choice. We believe that this could be a suitable solution until we can restock the green hats.
